Getting honors won’t matter, but raising your GPA would help. How much would it raise your GPA exactly?

a 4.0 in one semester and a couple summer courses would raise my gpa about .09-.1 points

I’m a senior at the University of Colorado studying international affairs. If I stayed an extra semester i could take another 18 credits, get my gpa up and get a political science degree. If I stayed another semester(spring) after that I could write a thesis and graduate with honors.
I’d like to raise my gpa, and write a thesis to get honors because my gpa is low right now (3.3 LSAC) and I havent even started studying for the LSAT yet.
My #1 is Georgtown law, what do you guys think? should i stay or should i go?

I dont have any strong softs, I have worked every year(not during school) and I have one law internship.

Is your school paid for? If it is, then go ahead. If you have to take out more loans to stay, graduate and focus on the LSAT exclusively. 170+
