Don’t use Chrome.
It’s actually an account issue that occurs when you log in on another browser/computer and don’t log out. If you know which computer that is, log out from there. If not, you might have to contact LSN or something.
LSN doesn’t work with Chrome or Firefox on my computer, but I’ve got a Mac. Works fine in Safari and on my work PC that runs Chrome.
The website may just be incompatible with certain browsers.

yeah i’m having this problem with firefox. it’s not your browser. it’s probably what tmon said. at least I think it was tmon bc I remember the pic of the lion king character and I’m too lazy to scroll up.
I’ve been having the same problem on my work computer, which uses IE. I don’t think I’m signed in at home, but I’ll check later.
Works fine on my Chrome.

Mine has sometimes not worked with Firefox, but usually goes back to working. Always has worked with Internet Explorer.
